No matter from which point in the world, the easyTRACK tracking system uses the top-quality Google Maps for exact location of vehicles. Just some clicks and you can monitor your vehicles any time. You are informed about the speed, direction and fuel level of the vehicle or even the temperature of the loading space.
Route of the vehicle on the map
Having selected a vehicle you can immediately check its daily route. Stop signs represent the stopping points along the track. On the map you also can display another route covered by the vehicle over an earlier period of time. You only have to select the date in question and the route already appears. Using the time bar you can select the time period that you want to view, then by starting the built-in player and with help of the diagram you can analyse the route of the vehicle.
Searching on the map
Using the function 'Searching on the map' you can either search for given address or GPS coordinates. You only need to type in the name of the settlement, street name, street number, or the GPS coordinates of the postal address and you can start search. The system puts the geographical spot identified on the basis of the address automatically in the centre of the display.
Do you need a route report (route report, route register)? Would you like to know when and where your vehicle or fleet stopped?
You only have to select the vehicle and the period to be viewed, and you can promptly interrogate the route report related to the given period from the easyTRACK system. Each line of the route report shows a stopping point. If at any stopping point refueling or fuel drain was done, this will be shown in the 'Fuel' column with either a green or red icon of a filling station, and at the same time the fuel level change can be viewed as well. At the bottom of the route report you will find the summarized data for the whole interrogated period.
Business or private trip - Do your employees use company cars for private purposes as well?
If there is a business-private trip switch installed in the vehicle, you can separate the business trips from the private ones. The private and business trips can, of course, be displayed in one common report as well. With this function you can simplify the fuel accounting of your fleet at the end of each month.
Do you want to know how much your machines work effectively?
We offer you the possibility of checking the operatin statuses of your machines. With the integration of the RPM monitor supplementary system you can monitor the working time of your machines. The system monitors how long the machine is running and on the basis of its revolution per minute (rpm) it distinguishes the different operatin statuses. For better lucidity the different operatin statuses are shown with pictograms.
It is not an easy task for company leaders to monitor the fuel level of their vehicles.
We offer you a solution to this problem. By installing a supplementary probe you can monitor the fuel consumption and refueling of your vehicles, thus eliminating the possibility of drawing off the fuel from the tank and filling it into jerrycans. The fuel diagram shows the variations of fuel level during the chosen month.
It is clearly visible from the diagram, on which days refueling was done, when the tank was not filled up fully or when fuel was drawn off. The refueling report can be downloaded from the system if you want to check refueling in form of a report. The report contains the date, address, fuel level before and after refueling and its difference.
Collating your report with the refueling bills of your employee any abuse can be easily detected.
Do you deal with transport of chilled or frozen food? Do you have to prove that the temperature in the loading space was appropriate during the whole period of shipment?
We offer our customers a solution if they need temperature monitoring.
In this case, as a supplementary option (a) temperature sensor(s) can be integrated. The sensors continually send the actual temperature values to the easyTRACK device and you can check even online whether the temperature in the loading space is between limits. Similarly to the route report and refueling report, from the system you can download the temperature report for the required time period. When reaching the temperature limits, the values over the upper limit will be shown in red, and below the lower limit in blue, respectively. In the summarizing chart at the bottom of the diagram the measured maximum and minimum temperature values and the duration of overstepping the upper and lower limits can be viewed for the interrogated period.
When a vehicle is driven by more drivers and you would like to know on which road section who was driving, then you can use the mobile phone driver identification method.
When using the mobile phone driver identification function the driver can identify himself on a particular road section by calling from his mobile phone the phone number of the easyTRACK module. The call is FREE, the module registers the calling number, interrupts the call and forwards the calling number to the server. The module registers any incoming call, so this function can be used by UNLIMITED number of drivers. For identification the driver can call the easyTRACK module either at the beginning of the journey or even during it. The driver is allocated to the given itinerary from the actual point or, in case of calling under way, from the previous stopping point.
Would you like to determine forbidden zones that your vehicles must not call at?
POIs (Points of Interest), ’useful or interesting places’ can be used for many purposes. You can place your own POIs on the map surface of our system. If a vehicle stops within the radius of action of a given POI and the parking time corresponds with the stopping time given at the interrogation of the report, then in the report the own POI will be designated at the given stopping point. It can be very useful if you immediately want to see on the interrogated route report whether the vehicle has called at particular addresses or has passed by places that are deemed forbidden during worktime.
Are you a very busy company leader and not continuously near a computer, but you would like to monitor your fleet?

If you immediately want to know the exact location of your vehicle, you have nothing else to do but call the phone number of the easyTRACK device that is built in the vehicle. The device interrupts the call and sends the location of your vehicle in an SMS on your phone.
If you want the location to be displayed on the map you only need to send an SMS to the device which will send a Google link back to you. When clicking on the link the location of the vehicle appers on the map surface. This function is available with mobile phones that are capable of displaying Google Maps through Internet connection.
There are other possibilities of satellite spotting the location and on-line position tracking of your vehicle with Android 2.1 or smart phones that work with newer operational system. To have access to this type of service you need online data connection and Google map installed.
With the help of our own-developed TrackMON remote monitoring software the CID signals coming in through IP connection can be transferred through RS-232 serial port, thus the easyTRACK service can be easily integrated in any remote monitoring system. Furthermore, the TrackMON also has some important functions with the help of which the applications offered by easyTRACK can be used effectively.
Making a group report
Through the easyTRACK WEB surface a report can be interrogated about one vehicle only at a time. In the case of greater fleets this may be rather difficult. Within the TrackMON client it is possible to interrogate the same report for all vehicles of the fleet at once.
Printing the daily track in PDF format
Besides the already known and through WEB surface also obtainable statements an extra printable report is also included in TrackMON. Should the customer need the printed version of the given track, it can be easily done with TrackMON any time.
Immediate display of map in case of alarm
When receiving an incoming Contact-ID event the TrackMON immediately shows the location of the given vehicle on the map, thus the remote monitoring service sees where the alarm went off and which patrol car is nearest to the event.

Monitoring of fuel cap opening-closing
Using easyFCL the openings of the fuel cap can be displayed in reports. It provides mechanical protection against unauthorized opening and fuel stealth.
Separating business trips from private ones
Using the 'business trip/private trip' switch you can separate business trips from private ones, which are shown on the web display with tracks of different colours, furthermore you can download the route report selectively. If the easyTRACK II FULL device is equipped with a loudspeaker, the module can signalize you through the loudspeaker the position of the 'business trip/private trip' switch at switching over and when ignition is applied.
The use of CAN Adapter enables reading-out of different data from the CAN/FMS system of the vehicle (e.g. speed, engine r.p.m., dashboard mileage, total fuel consumption, accelerator position) which are figured in reports, diagrams and event messages.
HU-GO / Number of axles switch (JDB switch)
The easyTRACK system is suitable to deliver data that are needed for using the ELECTRONIC TOLL (e-toll) system and to forward these data to the system of the National Toll Payment Services Plc. Using this service the user can fulfil his e-toll declaration obligation for those vehicles in which the easyTRACK modem unit (OBU) has been built in.
The number of axles switch (JDB switch) serves for manual setting of the total number of axles of coupled vehicles that are under e-toll obligation. At switched-off position of the JDB switch the easyTRACK system takes into consideration the toll category which corresponds to the registered number of vehicle axles with the electronic toll collection system (HU-GO) of the National Toll Payment Services Plc. At switched-on position of the JDB switch the category J4, that means total number of axles is 4 or more, will be considered.
In this way the total number of axles can be simply modified by switching on or off the JDB switch when a trailer has been coupled or uncoupled.
